本機(jī)廣泛適用于各種行業(yè)（如皮革、塑料、吸塑、布類、發(fā)泡片、地毯地板等）利用成型刀模對(duì)各類非金屬材料的下料裁切工作。

1.雙油缸、精密四柱、自動(dòng)平衡雙連桿結(jié)構(gòu)，保證每一個(gè)裁斷位置深度相同。

2.上壓板可以前后自動(dòng)平移，使操作人員的操作視野，大大降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

3.下料時(shí)，從放料、擺放刀模后，上壓板前進(jìn)下降沖裁、回升并自動(dòng)后退，整個(gè)動(dòng)作一氣呵成，極大地提高工作效率。
4.裁斷作業(yè)時(shí)采用光柵保護(hù)裝置，保證操作安全。
