新型振蕩水洗機(jī)由箱體，穿布導(dǎo)輥，軋水導(dǎo)輥以及高效振蕩系統(tǒng)組成；箱體下方地四套為高效振蕩系統(tǒng)，每套系統(tǒng)包含一支大直徑的梅花輥，一支大直徑的網(wǎng)孔輥。梅花輥與電機(jī)直接連接，工作時電機(jī)帶動梅花輥以一定的轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)動拍打箱內(nèi)的水，被拍打的水通過外圍網(wǎng)孔輥沖擊與網(wǎng)孔輥接觸的織物表面。動態(tài)的水沖洗布面可以達(dá)到更好的洗滌效果。同時上方配備有3套軋水裝置，織物通過動態(tài)洗滌后由上方的軋水裝置軋去雜質(zhì)再進(jìn)行動態(tài)洗滌，這樣可以增加洗滌效果還可以減少對后面水槽的污染，達(dá)到更好的洗滌效果。
