垂直振動(dòng)壓實(shí)成型機(jī)技術(shù)參數(shù)：
★振動(dòng)壓實(shí)成型機(jī)：靜壓力、激振力和頻率可調(diào)（與振動(dòng)法壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所用設(shè)備相同）。配有Φ150mm的圓形壓頭和100mmΧ400mm長(zhǎng)方形壓頭。
★圓柱體試件模具
鋼模：內(nèi)徑152mm、高170mm、壁厚10mm；
鋼模套環(huán)：內(nèi)徑152mm、高50mm、壁厚10mm；
筒內(nèi)墊塊：直徑151mm、厚20mm；
鋼模底板：直徑300mm、厚10mm。
以上各部件可用螺栓固定成一體。
★梁式試件模具
鋼側(cè)板：長(zhǎng)450mm，寬180mm，厚150mm；
鋼墊塊：長(zhǎng)400mm，寬100mm厚25mm。
以上部件可用螺拴固定成一體。
★臺(tái)秤：量程15kg，感量5g；電子秤：量程3kg感量0.01g。
★方孔篩：孔徑37.5mm、31.5mm、26.5mm、19mm、9.5mm、4.75mm、2.36mm、0.6mm以及0.075mm的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩各一個(gè)。
★量筒：50ml、100ml、和500ml的量筒各一個(gè)。
★直刮刀：長(zhǎng)200～250mm、寬30mm和厚3mm，一側(cè)開口的直刮刀，用以刮平和修飾粒料大試件的表面。
★拌和工具：約400mm×600mm×70mm的長(zhǎng)方形金屬盤，拌和用平頭小鏟等。
★脫模器。
★用于固緊試模螺拴的扳手、鉗子、用手調(diào)節(jié)偏心塊夾角的小榔頭等。
