混合料拌和機(jī)操作和使用：

★ 接通電源、打開電源開關(guān)，電源指示燈亮。

★ 按工作需要設(shè)定加熱溫度，先按溫度表上的“SET"鍵0.5秒，PV窗顯示“SV"，SV窗位閃爍，按位移鍵“←"將閃爍位移至需設(shè)定位，按加減鍵“↑↓"直到將數(shù)字設(shè)定至所需值，按“SET"鍵確認(rèn)，設(shè)定結(jié)束。

★ 時間設(shè)定，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的攪拌時間為90秒，也可按工作需要自行設(shè)置，打開時間繼電器有機(jī)玻璃蓋板，按撥盤開關(guān)，按至所需值。

混合料拌和機(jī)常見現(xiàn)象及排除：

★ 瀝青混合材料攪拌機(jī)是采用加熱管加熱，第二層內(nèi)加熱加入導(dǎo)熱油后，熱傳遞到拌和鍋的各部；第三層為保溫層，再鍋口左外側(cè)有加熱管的接線端，電壓為220V，右移為感溫探頭插孔，再右移為氣壓閥門，在加熱過程中，如有少量導(dǎo)熱油從中溢出，或鍋邊有局部油漆鼓起的現(xiàn)象，都為正常的現(xiàn)象。

★如果機(jī)器在運(yùn)輸過程中有局部損壞，特別是上下限位開關(guān)移位，如造成了下限位開關(guān)不停機(jī)，但面板操作鍵仍作用，在使用時應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，打開后蓋板換上同規(guī)格的開關(guān)即可。
