一、概述：
試驗裝置由錘頭、錘柄及底座三個構(gòu)件組成。符合GB/T2694-2010、YDT757等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的落錘試驗方法，適用于熱浸鍍鋅層附著力試驗，是利用錘頭自由跌落擊打試樣來測試鍍鋅層是否合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本產(chǎn)品適用于鐵塔類似生產(chǎn)廠家和質(zhì)檢部門進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測和控制。
Overview of Hot Dip Galvanized Coating Adhesion Tester
The test device consists of a hammer head, a hammer handle and a base. The drop weight test methods that comply with GB / T2694-2010, YDT757 and other standards are applicable to the hot-dip galvanized coating adhesion test. The hammer head is used to freely hit the sample to test whether the galvanized layer meets the standard. This product is suitable for product quality inspection and control of similar tower manufacturers and quality inspection departments.
二、特點：
錘頭表面應(yīng)光滑、平整、無毛刺。錘頭與錘柄結(jié)合應(yīng)牢固；底座與錘柄之間穎活動靈活。外形尺寸錘頭、錘柄及底座公稱尺寸及允許偏差見表所示

四、使用方法：
試件置于水平，調(diào)整試樣，使打擊點距試樣邊、角、端部不小于10mm，錘頭面向臺架心，錘柄與底座平面垂直后自由落下，以4mm的間隔平行打擊5點。檢查鍍鋅層表面狀態(tài)是否符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，打擊處不得重復(fù)打擊.
