一、產(chǎn)品簡介：
通信管內(nèi)壁靜摩擦系數(shù)測試儀是檢測儀器，是測量通信管內(nèi)壁靜摩察系數(shù)而設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)的，具有用性廣、測量精度高、測量安全及可靠性好等特點。符合中華人民共和國交通行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JT/T496-2004《公路地下通信管道高密度聚乙烯硅芯塑料管》相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
Product introduction:
Communication tube inner wall static friction coefficient tester is a testing instrument designed and produced for measuring the static wall observation coefficient of communication tube inner wall. It has the characteristics of wide utility, high measurement accuracy, good measurement safety and reliability. It meets the requirements of the relevant technical standards of the People's Republic of China Transportation Industry Standard JT / T496-2004 "High-density polyethylene silicon core plastic pipes for highway underground communication pipelines".

三、操作步驟：
? 將試樣固定在V型鐵上，從右端插入試棒使一端露出20mm，拴好鏈繩。
? 輕微搖動手輪使V型鐵上水平泡處于水平位置。
? 打開角度尺緊固栓，轉(zhuǎn)動角度尺使角度尺與副尺歸零，擰緊緊固栓。
? 順時針搖動手輪，使V型鐵緩慢傾斜，直至試棒滑動為止。
? 記錄下角度尺示值。
? 逆時針搖動手輪，使V型鐵水平為止。
? 將試棒拉出通信管外露20mm。
? 按照以上操作步驟連續(xù)9次，計算出9次平均值。（傾斜角度≤14°4′依據(jù)JT/T683-2009《通信管道靜摩擦系數(shù)測量儀》之規(guī)定要求）
Third, the operation steps:
? Fix the sample on the V-shaped iron, insert the test rod from the right end so that one end is exposed 20mm, and fasten the chain rope.
? Slightly shake the handwheel to make the horizontal bubble on the V-shaped iron in the horizontal position.
? Open the fastening pin of the angle ruler, turn the angle ruler to zero the angle ruler and the vice ruler, and tighten the fastening pin.
? Shake the handwheel clockwise to tilt the V-shaped iron slowly until the test rod slides.
? Record the displayed value of the angle ruler.
? Turn the handwheel counterclockwise until the V-shaped iron is level.
? Pull the test rod out of the communication tube to expose 20mm.
? Follow the above steps for 9 consecutive times and calculate the average of 9 times. (Tilt angle ≤14 ° 4 ′ according to the requirements of JT / T683-2009 "Communication Pipe Static Friction Coefficient Measuring Instrument")
