一、產(chǎn)品簡介：
水泥漿豎向膨脹率測(cè)定儀用于測(cè)定漿液的補(bǔ)償收縮性能，定量測(cè)定漿液材料的豎向膨脹量。

三、操作步驟：
★從測(cè)定初始讀數(shù)起，每隔2h 澆水1 次。連續(xù)澆水4 次。以后每隔4h 澆水1 次。保濕養(yǎng)護(hù)至要求齡期，測(cè)定3d、7d 試件高度讀數(shù)。
★從測(cè)量初始讀數(shù)開始，測(cè)量裝置和試件應(yīng)保持靜止不動(dòng)，并不受振動(dòng)。
★灌漿料用水量按流動(dòng)度為250±10nirn 的用水量。
★灌漿料加水?dāng)嚢杈鶆蚝罅⒓垂嗄！牟ＡО宓囊粋?cè)灌入。當(dāng)灌到50mm左右高度時(shí)，用搗板在試模的每一側(cè)插搗6 次，中間部位也插搗6 次。灌到90mm高度時(shí)，和前面相同再做插搗，盡量排出氣體。后一層灌漿料要一次灌至兩側(cè)流出灌漿料為止。要盡量減少灌漿料對(duì)玻璃板產(chǎn)生的向上沖浮作用。
★玻璃板兩側(cè)灌漿料表面，用小刀輕輕抹成斜坡，斜坡的高邊與玻璃相平。斜坡的低邊與試模內(nèi)側(cè)頂面相平。抹斜坡的時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過30s。成型溫度、養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度均為（20±3）℃。
★做完斜坡，把百分表測(cè)量頭垂放在玻璃板上，在30s 內(nèi)記錄百分表讀數(shù)。為初始讀數(shù)。
★測(cè)定初始讀數(shù)后30s 內(nèi)，玻璃板兩側(cè)灌漿料表面蓋上二層濕棉布。
★豎向膨脹率計(jì)算：
式中——豎向膨脹率；t ε
h0 ——試件高度的初始讀數(shù)（mm）；
ht ——試件齡期為t 時(shí)的高度讀數(shù)（mm）；
h ——試件基準(zhǔn)高度100（mm）。
試驗(yàn)結(jié)果取一組三個(gè)試件的算術(shù)平均值，計(jì)算**至10-2。

★ From the initial reading of the measurement, the measuring device and test piece should be kept still and not subject to vibration.
★ The water consumption of the grout is based on the water consumption of 250 ± 10nirn.
★ Fill the mold with water and stir evenly. Fill from one side of the glass plate. When pouring to a height of about 50mm, use a tamping board to insert 6 times on each side of the test mold, and also insert 6 times in the middle. When pouring to a height of 90mm, do the same as before, and try to exhaust the gas. The next layer of grout should be filled at one time until the grout flows out from both sides. It is necessary to minimize the upward flushing effect of the grout on the glass plate.
★ Fill the surface of the slurry on both sides of the glass plate with a knife and gently wipe it into a slope. The lower edge of the ramp is flush with the top surface on the inside of the test pattern. The time for wiping the slope should not exceed 30s. The molding temperature and curing temperature are both (20 ± 3) ℃.
★ After finishing the slope, lay the measuring head of the dial indicator on the glass plate, and record the dial indicator reading within 30s. Is the initial reading.
★ Within 30s of the initial reading, cover the two sides of the glass plate with two layers of wet cotton on the surface of the grout.
★ Calculation of vertical expansion rate:

The test results are taken as the arithmetic mean of a set of three test pieces and calculated from ** to 10-2.
