GE358-A分絲整經(jīng)機是適用于母絲（滌綸、錦綸等）原料的高性能整經(jīng)機。單股母絲由若干根單絲組成，該機可大大節(jié)約客戶的原料 成本，節(jié)約生產(chǎn)場地和提高生產(chǎn)率。

該機主要由紗架、導紗裝置、后牽伸羅拉、張力輟、分絲集束板、前牽伸羅拉、車頭組成。

每股母絲都單一只力矩電機給予一定的初始張力，后牽伸羅拉從紗架上牽出母絲；通過若干道張力銀保持一定的張力。通過分絲 集束板進行分絲；前牽伸羅拉對分絲后的單絲進行牽伸并控制平衡力。最終由車頭進行恒線速收卷。

整個整經(jīng)過程線速度恒定，張力可控、波動小。
